MISMO Announces 2025 Standards Governance Committee Election Results
MISMO, the real estate finance industry’s standards organization, announced the elected members to join or continue the 2026/2027 term on the Residential Standards Governance Committee and on the Commercial Standards Governance Committee.

The MISMO Residential Standards Governance Committee (RSGC) is made up of 18 individuals selected from MISMO member organizations, representing various sectors within the mortgage industry. Committee members are elected for two-year terms by the MISMO membership, with a maximum service period of six years. The RSGC operates under the oversight of the MISMO Board of Directors, collaborating closely with MISMO staff and other committees to advance its mission.

The MISMO Commercial Standards Governance Committee (CSGC) consists of 6 members chosen from MISMO member organizations, representing various sectors of the mortgage industry. These committee members are elected by the MISMO membership to serve two-year terms, with a maximum tenure of six years. The CSGC reports directly to the MISMO Board of Directors and collaborates with MISMO staff and other committees to further its objectives.
