Northmarq Forms National Practice Groups

Northmarq, Minneapolis, announced the strategic launch of three national commercial real estate practice groups.

The National Healthcare Group is dedicated to bridging the gap between healthcare providers and commercial real estate opportunities, supporting expansion projects, facility acquisitions and property optimizations.

The National Shopping Center Group will focus on neighborhood, grocery-anchored, regional and power-center retail properties.

The National Restaurant Group will provide services to restaurant operators, developers and investors. The team will support transactions in the quick service and casual dining sectors.

Corscale Data Centers, Affinius Capital Team With e2 Cos.

Corscale Data Centers, Houston, and Affinius Capital, San Antonio, announced a strategic partnership with e2 Cos., Bonita Springs, Fla.

Under the deal, Corscale would become the exclusive hyperscale data center developer to offer use of e2’s R3di (pronounced ready) System in the U.S. The partnership is targeted to initially include the use of more than 300MW of e2 R3di Systems to fulfill the energy needs of part of the Corscale hyperscale data center development project pipeline.

The R3di system is a solution for data centers looking to achieve energy independence and match the volatile power demands of next-generation AI chips.

Corscale Data Centers, with Affinius Capital as its investment partner, launched the development platform for data centers in 2021.

JLL Makes a Number of Announcements

JLL, Chicago, has joined the global partner program of ServiceNow, Santa Clara, Calif., which will combine JLL’s commercial real estate technology implementation expertise with ServiceNow’s Workplace Service Delivery product.

The partnership expands JLL’s portfolio of real estate automation tools, and helps bridge the gap between real estate and IT services for improved workplace management.

The WSD product provides a digital experience with workplace services and self-service workplace requests, providing features like concierge services, workplace reservations with option for a Microsoft Outlook add-in, calendar synchronization, visitor management and environmental data integration. It also includes workplace case management, service delivery space mapping, workplace space management, move management and maintenance management.

JLL also announced it formed the JLL Healthcare Center of Excellence to provide an increased depth of resources and expertise for JLL health system and healthcare provider clients in the U.S.

The firm appointed Executive Managing Director Brannan Moss as the National Healthcare Center of Excellence Lead.

It will act as a hub for specialized knowledge and expertise in representing healthcare occupier clients across the country and will provide a fully integrated solution in creating and implementing real estate portfolio strategies for healthcare occupiers.

Formerly Design Solutions, it is a full-service design consultancy and can deliver data-driven design strategy, branding/visual identity, interior design and furniture solutions for workplace, retail and hospitality.
