Cushman & Wakefield Welcomes New Team

Cushman & Wakefield, New York, announced that a team from Progress Capital led by Kathy Anderson, Brad Domenico and Brian Anderson has joined its Equity, Debt and Structured Finance platform.

The team will focus on expanding coverage in the New Jersey, Connecticut, Long Island and Upstate New York markets.

The team will partner with the firm’s Tri-State Investment Sales team led by Andy Merin, David Bernhaut and Gary Gabriel, as well as the Head of Equity, Debt and Structured Finance, Rob Rubano. Gideon Gil will continue leading the Equity, Debt and Structured Finance platform in New York City and John Alascio will continue to focus on institutional client accounts across the Northeast.

Kathy Anderson joins as Vice Chair, with more than 25 years of experience. Domenico also joins as Vice Chair, and Brian Anderson will be Executive Managing Director.

Gantry Adds Andy Weiss in New York

Gantry, San Francisco, announced the addition of Andy Weiss to its production team as Director.

Weiss will be based in New York, marking Gantry’s expansion.

Weiss has more than a decade of industry experience.

He most recently was a founding member and top producer at Dansker Capital Group, a boutique firm spun out of Marcus & Millichap in New York City. He has also worked with PwC.
