Greystone Welcomes Michael Boyle, Jay Reed

Greystone Real Estate Capital, New York, the Low Income Housing Tax Credit syndication platform, announced the addition of Michael Boyle as a Senior Vice President, Acquisitions and Institutional Investments.

Boyle has more than 20 years of LIHTC experience, and was previously Senior Vice President at CREA for nine years.

Additionally, Greystone announced Jay Reed as an Assistant Vice President, Tax Credit Underwriter.

Reed was previously Assistant Vice President, Tax Credit Underwriter at PNC Bank.

JLL Chooses Scott Barras as Work Dynamics Lead for Canada

JLL, Chicago, appointed Scott Barras to oversee business operations as Work Dynamics Canada Lead.

Barras has nearly two decades of experience in corporate real estate, with a recent focus on workplace strategy, portfolio transformation and project management across Europe, the Middle East and Asia Pacific.

Barras joined JLL from Standard Chartered Bank; he was most recently Global Head of Workplace in Singapore.
