The Mortgage Bankers Association’s Affordable Housing Initiatives team recently launched the Affordable Housing Insights Fireside Chat Series, an interview series with housing industry leaders.
In this series, MBA staff talk with industry leaders about their efforts to increase affordable homeownership and rental opportunities and why the work is important to them. The first guest is Cate Dalton, Senior Manager at Accenture.
Dalton shared information about Accenture’s work to help lenders leverage technology to access information about downpayment assistance programs for borrowers. She also discussed efforts to support nonprofit housing organizations in developing strategies to deliver their services more efficiently.
Cate Dalton has enjoyed a 25-plus-year career in the financial services and housing industries specializing in mortgage, lending, title and real estate. Since joining Accenture in 2014, she has leveraged her mortgage and lending expertise to help clients innovate and create tangible value.
