Greystone Real Estate Capital Grows LIHTC Platform

Greystone, New York, announced additions to its Greystone Real Estate Capital Low Income Housing Tax Credit Syndication Platform: Mike Callahan as Senior Vice President, Director of Investment Management; Benjamin Jarvis as Senior Vice President, Developer Production; Michael Egidi as Vice President, Investor Production; and Spencer Gordon as Vice President, Director of Credit & Underwriting.

Callahan previously spent 28 years with Boston Capital serving as the Director of Asset Management and was a member of the Investment, Disposition and Management Committees.

Jarvis has nearly two decades of multifamily affordable housing experience in originating, structuring, negotiating and LIHTC transactions nationwide; he was previously Director of Acquisitions for Redstone Equity Partners.

Egidi has more than 15 years of affordable housing industry experience, and was previously with WNC & Associates as a Vice President of Investor Relations.

Gordon has more than 12 years of experience in the sector, and joined Greystone from PNC Bank where he was a Senior Underwriting Manager, VP, in the Tax Credit Solutions business.

Robbie Pinkas Joins PACE Loan Group

Robbie Pinkas joined PACE Loan Group, Minneapolis, as Senior Vice President/Originator.

Pinkas was most recently with North Bridge, a New York-based PACE lender. He has also worked with The Collective, Douglaston Development and Gryphon Investors.

Pinkas will work out of a PLG office in New York that the firm plans to open this spring.

Dwight & Co. Expands Seniors Housing and Healthcare Financing Solutions

Dwight & Co., Miami, expanded its Seniors Housing and Healthcare Financing Solutions by launching working capital revolving lines of credit (revolvers), investing in new technology and broadening the depth of its healthcare team.

As part of its efforts, Dwight welcomed Paige Ela as Managing Director of Healthcare Finance and Itay Silverberg as Director of Analytics.

Ela has more than 20 years of experience in health care in both public and privately held institutions. She was most recently with Forbright Bank.

Silverberg was previously the Head of Data Analytics at Greystone Monticello.
