Green Street Makes Leadership Changes
Green Street, Newport Beach, Calif., announced that Kris Hoffman has been appointed Chief Strategy Officer–a newly created role. Hoffman and his team will focus on accelerating mergers and acquisitions, partnerships and identifying new growth opportunities. He has been with Green Street for 12 years.
Walter Palhetas has joined as Chief Growth Officer, responsible for driving global growth and customer satisfaction. He most recently served as the Chief Revenue Officer of Innovyze Inc & VP Global Sales & Customer Success, Autodesk Water at Autodesk (formerly Innovyze).
John Guilfoy, Chief Product Officer, now has an expanded remit that includes Data Operations. He has been with Green Street since 2021, and previously worked for companies including Accesso, TravelClick and American Express.
William Iacobucci Joins Greystone
Greystone, New York, announced that William Iacobucci has joined as a Senior Director, Real Estate Lending.
Iacobucci previously served as Fannie Mae’s Vice President of Multifamily Structured Finance. He will be able to leverage his experience as former co-head of Fannie Mae’s Student Housing Finance Team and Structured Finance to lead Greystone’s lending efforts in these areas.
He has also served in other roles at Fannie Mae, SunTrust Bank, as Founder and CEO of Regency Advisors International, and other positions in the industry.
CBRE Adds Team in Southern California
CBRE, Dallas, announced the addition of a multifamily investment sales team in Southern California.
The team is led by Rachel Parsons and Derrek Ostrzyzek and joins CBRE from Berkadia. It will focus on the sale of institutional apartment communities and multifamily development/equity raises.
Parsons will be an Executive Vice President, with more than two decades of industry experience. Ostrzyzek will also be an Executive Vice President, with more than 18 years of experience.
JLL Announces Personnel News
JLL, Chicago, announced LaWanda Savage-Henton as JLL’s new Americas Head of Client Sourcing and Procurement. She now leads all client account operations and drives the Client Sourcing and Procurement platform for Work Dynamics, Project and Development Services and Property Management in the Americas region.
Savage-Henton has more than 25 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management–most recently with Sodexo.
Additionally, JLL announced that Jimmy Calvo and Joshua Odessky have been promoted from Associates to Directors on the Debt Advisory team. They will primarily focus on debt and equity advisory across property types.
Both Calvo and Odessky have been at JLL since 2021.
Eastern Union Welcomes Alex Carroll
Eastern Union, New York, announced Alex Carroll as a Broker in the company’s Mid-Atlantic Regional Office.
Carroll will primarily focus on business development and commercial mortgage origination.
He previously worked for Pimlico Capital and Black Tie Funding.
