Dwight Capital Launches Dwight Green Finance
Dwight Capital, New York, has launched Dwight Green Finance, a lending platform aimed at financing property improvements through C-PACE.
C-PACE empowers property owners to secure favorable, long-term funding for various enhancements such as energy efficient upgrades, renewable energy installations, water conservation projects and more. This new platform complements Dwight’s existing suite of financial solutions.
It will be led by Lisa Nordel. She has more than 25 years of experience in the industry. She was most recently Vice President at Peachtree Group.
CBRE Named Fund Accounting Partner for UBS Asset Management’s U.S. Direct Real Estate Business
CBRE, Dallas, has announced an agreement with UBS Asset Management’s U.S. Real Estate and Private Markets business to provide a range of fund administration and other services for real estate and farmland assets.
As part of the agreement, a team of experienced professionals from UBS Asset Management transitioned to CBRE.
Services provided by CBRE will include fund accounting, property oversight, performance, treasury and platform administration for UBS Asset Management’s entire U.S. Direct Real Estate and Farmland portfolio, including a number of separately managed accounts.
SS&C Technologies Holdings Announces Product Rollouts, Updates
SS&C Technologies Holdings, Windsor, Conn., announced releases across its full line of SS&C Advent and Eze solutions, including Geneva, Genesis, Eze OEMS, Eze Eclipse and other related platforms.
SS&C Advent is introducing the Genesis platform to provide a connected investment experience across the front, middle and back offices. It gives clients access to real-time data across accounting, portfolio management and trade order management applications.
Geneva has introduced the ability to construct and implement bespoke fee structures for complex, open-ended funds with Investor Fee Builder, among other benefits.
The company also pointed to Data Lens, a solution for data procurement, curation, visualization and management. And, Eze Eclipse rolled out a number of updates, including simplified trading workflows and increased flexibility, among others.
Eze OEMS has now bolstered fixed-income trading with electronic trading for corporates, government/agency, municipals and securitized bonds with aggregated liquidity across three trading venues, along with a complete overhaul to its UI and planned future automatic upgrades.
