PACE Loan Group Adds Peter Grabell, Eizaan Khan

PACE Loan Group, Minneapolis, announced it has added two industry leaders to its staff.

Peter Grabell is in a newly created position as Managing Director, Head of Production. He has more than 25 years of experience, most recently at PACE Equity. Grabell will be based in the firm’s San Diego office.

Eizaan Khan is now Vice President—Capital Markets. He will focus on securitization, managing warehouse facilities and stakeholder relations. Khan is based in New York.

Maverick Commercial Mortgage Promotes Dylan Batman

Dylan Batman has been promoted to Vice President of Maverick Commercial Mortgage, Chicago.

Batman has been with the company for five years, and has assisted in the financing of commercial mortgages and related transactions.

Maverick covers a wide range of commercial properties, with a specific niche in financing mobile home parks on a national basis.
