JLL’s Value and Risk Advisory Sector Grows Team

JLL’s Value and Risk Advisory platform, Chicago, announced the addition of Senior Directors Nikolas Rieser and Steven Cho and Director Chad Rogers.

Rieser will be based in Phoenix, Ariz., and joins JLL from Kidder Matthews, where he was a Senior Vice President. He has more than 16 years of experience in the industry.

Cho will be based in Los Angeles. He was previously with Newmark and Cushman & Wakefield. He has more than 17 years of experience.

Rogers will be in Jacksonville, Fla. He worked for Moody Williams Appraisal Group, among other institutions. He has more than 15 years of experience in the industry.

Marcus & Millichap Welcomes Ian Grusd

Marcus & Millichap, Calabasas, Calif., announced the addition of Ian Grusd.

Grusd will focus on expanding Marcus & Millichap’s national Auction Services team with Northeast-based clients selling properties throughout the U.S.

Previously, Grusd worked for Ten-X, where he represented real estate investment trusts, private equity funds, institutions, syndicators, and family offices in accelerated marketing and property dispositions through auction. He has more than 25 years of experience.
