Call for Speakers: MBA’s Commercial/Multifamily Finance Convention & Expo–Due Sept. 6

Speaker and topic proposals for breakout sessions are now being accepted for MBA’s Commercial/Multifamily Finance Convention & Expo (CREF25), taking place Feb. 9-12, 2025 at the Manchester Grand Hyatt in San Diego.

Submit a Speaker proposal for yourself or a colleague by Friday, Sept. 6. In your submission, please provide the speaker’s area of expertise and an abbreviated biography to be considered as a panelist in a breakout session. If you prefer to propose a breakout session topic, submit a Session proposal and provide a title, description, and propose a moderator and panelists. (Please select “Commercial/Multifamily Finance Convention & Expo” from the drop-down menu).

Proposals are now being collected mirroring all levels of expertise and experience for topics including, but not limited to:

• Property Valuation
• Multifamily Housing, GSE Initiatives/Capital
• Bank Loans, Interest Rates
• Life Company Lending
• Private Credit Finance Strategies
• Affordable Housing
• Property Insurance
• Loan Servicing/Special Servicing
• FHFA, HUD, Regulatory
• Structured Finance
• Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
• Climate, ESG

Please note: Speaking opportunities are an MBA member benefit. If your proposal is accepted, you will be notified by Dec. 13, 2024. Speakers must be registered to attend the convention and will receive a discounted registration fee.
