Peachtree Group Elevates Executives
Peachtree Group, Atlanta, announced the elevation of three executives.
Michael Harper was promoted to President of Hotel Lending. He has been with Peachtree since 2014, in a succession of leadership roles.
Jared Schlosser was promoted to Executive Vice President of Hotel Lending and Head of CPACE. Schlosser has been with the firm since 2019.
Michael Ritz was promoted to Executive Vice President of Investments. He joined Peachtree in 2017.
JLL Releases Personnel News
JLL, Chicago, announced Michael Raphael as Chief Procurement Officer.
Raphael will lead procurement activities globally and manage annual procurement spend for JLL and on behalf of its clients. He has been with JLL since 2011, previously serving as JLL’s Global Head of Sourcing Solutions Development and Operations.
JLL also welcomed Rebecca Durney to JLL’s Value and Risk Advisory platform as the National Agency PCA Director within its Environmental and Property Conditions team.
With more than three decades of experience in the industry–including most recently with CBRE–Durney’s responsibilities will include a role in ensuring JLL’s Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac-compliant property condition and engineering reports are written to increased Agency Guide standards.
Greystone Announces Colin Grayson as a Managing Director, Lending
Greystone, New York, announced Colin Grayson has joined the team as a Managing Director for its lending business platforms.
He has more than 15 years of commercial real estate experience, and will focus on originating multifamily debt and finance solutions, including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD, bridge and other proprietary debt products.
Grayson was previously with Lument for eight years, and also held roles at Legacy Partners Residential Development Inc. and CBRE.
