You are also doing great work offering products and programs to promote and support the advancement of minority homeownership and affordable rental housing.”
Helpful Tips to Prepare Your Submission
• Tell us your company’s unique story. Be specific when completing your application. The goal is to show the impact of your DEI efforts.
• Questions to consider. How did you select the strategy to be implemented? What was your baseline? Where did you see success or experience challenges?
• Be specific. Include both qualitative and quantitative metrics to show the progress you’ve made because of implementing DEI programs and initiatives.
• Be thorough and concise. Your submission should be no more than four pages. Capture the true nature of your company’s programs, strategies, and initiatives. Tell us what sets your organization apart.
• Submit your application. Be sure to include your main point of contact on your application should we have questions.
