Greystone Adds New Senior Managing Directors

Greystone, New York, added Charlie Mentzer and Brad Waite as Senior Managing Directors.

Mentzer and Waite will be based in Atlanta, enabling close collaboration with Cushman & Wakefield.

With more than two decades of experience each, both Mentzer and Waite join Greystone from Capitol One.

JLL Makes Number of Additions

JLL, Chicago, announced a number of hires.

In the Value and Risk Advisory platform, Stephanie Phipps will be a Director in the multi-housing sector, and will work along the Build-to-Rent subsector team. She is an experienced Certified General Appraiser, and previously worked with BBG.

Patrick Shannon will also join the Value and Risk Advisory platform, as an Associate Director based in Michigan. He has significant experience in industrial property and previously was with Grubb and Ellis (acquired by Newmark.)

Todd Brooks will join the JLL Design Solutions team as Managing Director to lead Brand Activation. The division is part of JLL Project and Development Services. He will be based in Atlanta.

Berkadia Welcomes Personnel in Northern California

Berkadia, New York, announced the addition of Senior Managing Director Jason Parr and Managing Director Scott MacDonald to its investment sales platform.

Both will be based out of San Francisco.

Previous to this move, Parr led Cushman & Wakefield’s Northern California Multifamily Advisory Group. MacDonald was a Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield’s Multifamily Advisory Group.
