JLL Taps Jaymie Gelino for Project, Development Services Team
JLL, Chicago, appointed Jaymie Gelino as Chief Operating Officer of Project and Development Services.
Gelino will oversee PDS’ operations efforts to drive efficiency, process improvement and scalability of JLL’s offerings. She reports to Todd Burns, President of Project and Development Services for the Americas at JLL.
Gelino has previously served as Chief Operating Officer of JLL’s Design Solutions group. The Design Solutions business under her leadership strategically grew the architectural entity, acquired multistate licensure and expanded into the office sector, leading it to grow 30% in revenue and double in contribution income.
Greg Munson Promoted to President of Transwestern Real Estate Services
Transwestern promoted Greg Munson to President of Transwestern Real Estate Services.
In his new role, Munson will oversee TRS operations, lead expansion opportunities in strategic markets and drive business development that capitalizes on the company’s consultative service approach.
Munson will succeed former President Tom Lawyer, who joined Transwestern in 2018 and will be retiring after a 45-year career in the industry.
A member of Transwestern’s Board of Directors and Executive Committee, Munson has assumed increasing leadership responsibilities since joining the firm in 2016. He began as Managing Principal and Market Leader in Minneapolis and, since 2021, has served as Executive Managing Director of the Midwest Region, which includes offices in Chicago and Rosemont, Illinois, Minneapolis, Milwaukee, Detroit and Des Moines, Iowa.
Peachtree Appoints Melissa Ross Smith Chief Operating Officer
Peachtree Group, Atlanta, appointed Melissa Ross Smith Chief Operating Officer. She will manage the overall performance, strategy and organizational development of Peachtree and its operating businesses.
Before joining Peachtree, Smith held several high-level positions at renowned organizations, most recently as managing director for OS National. In that role, she managed more than 250 professionals and was responsible for evaluating performance management systems and devising improvements to strengthen controls and optimize results.
