Cushman & Wakefield Hires Sushil Puria as an Executive Director of Healthcare Capital Markets Team
Cushman & Wakefield said Sushil Puria joined its national Healthcare Advisory Practice.

Puria will serve as an Executive Director on the Healthcare Capital Markets Team and be based in the firm’s Nashville office.

In this new role, Puria will join Travis Ives and Gino Lollio focusing on sourcing and executing healthcare capital markets transactions nationally for Cushman & Wakefield. He will also work closely with members of the Healthcare Advisory Practice to support the firm’s healthcare provider clients, including healthcare systems, physician practices, and ancillary services providers, providing strategies to leverage their real estate portfolios to optimize both their footprints and their balance sheets.

Puria has nearly 15 years of experience acquiring medical office buildings across the U.S. as a First Vice President at Healthcare Realty, the nation’s largest publicly traded medical office REIT. While in this position, Puria led the sourcing and acquisition of $2.26 billion worth of healthcare real estate.

Colliers Appoints Luke Dawson to Lead Global Capital Markets

Colliers, Toronto, appointed Luke Dawson Head of Global Capital Markets. He will set the global strategic agenda for Colliers Capital Markets, which includes advising clients, providing value-added services to accelerate clients’ investment strategies and connecting capital with opportunities across all asset classes around the world.

In addition to his new mandate, he will retain his existing role as Capital Markets leader for EMEA.

Dawson joined Colliers in 2004 as Director of Corporate Development with a focus on M&A activity. He then held several leadership roles within the Colliers Capital Markets business including business development, client engagement, investment sales and overall leadership across Central and Eastern European region. Most recently, as Managing Director of Cross Border Capital Markets, he was responsible for executing the regional strategy and driving growth of the Capital Markets service line.
