CBRE Announces Laura Barr to Lead Americas Retail Leasing

CBRE, Dallas, announced the appointment of Laura Barr as Americas Retail Leader for its Advisory & Transaction Services line of business.

She will be responsible for CBRE’s Retail leasing growth strategy and client delivery across the firm’s Retail leasing professionals.

Barr has spent the past decade as a trusted Retail leader in CBRE’s San Francisco office, and helped build the team there. She has served as a thought leader and adviser to numerous investor and occupier clients.

CRED iQ Chooses Harry Blanchard as Head of Data, Analytics

Harry Blanchard joined CRED iQ, Radnor, Pa., as Managing Director and Head of Data & Analytics.

Blanchard has had significant leadership experience, including buy-side, sell-side, regulatory, compliance and banking. He has been with Moody’s, MetLife and Wells Fargo and has a strong background in CRE financial data and analytics.

He will operate out of the company’s New York City offices set to open soon.
