Christine Kim Chosen as Gantry Chief Marketing Officer

Gantry, San Francisco, announced Christine Kim as its new Chief Marketing Officer.

In a new role for the commercial mortgage banking firm, she will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of new and existing client outreach, external communications, advertising and brand identity functions across the full spectrum of traditional and digital media platforms and event programming.

Kim was previously with Bellwether Enterprise Real Estate Capital, where she served as Creative Director, Marketing and Corporate Communications.

JLL Adds Steve Regovich

Steve Regovich has joined JLL, Chicago, in the Data Collection, Environmental and Property Condition division as Vice President of Business Development.

Regovich will be based in Cleveland and will manage business development for the team, as well as maintain quality and risk management for strategic banking institutions and lender account clients.

He has more than 30 years of experience in environmental due diligence and remediation.
