Berkadia Adds to Two Teams

Berkadia, New York, announced the addition of Director Patrick Abeln to its Medical and Life Sciences Platform. Additionally, the company hired three investment advisers for its Hotels and Hospitality Program–Senior Managing Directors Christian Charre and Paul Weimer and Managing Director Natalie Castillo.

Abeln will be based out of Minneapolis, and was previously Assistant Vice President at Hammes Partners.

Charre, Weimer and Castillo were all previously with CBRE and will be based in Miami.

JLL Makes Hires in New York, Atlanta

Jamie Molloy joined the JLL, Chicago, Value and Risk Advisory platform in New York as a Senior Director for Institutional Accounts.

C.J. Kelly joined the firm as a Managing Director focused on debt and equity advisory in the Atlanta office.

Molloy will work to expand the platform’s institutional and financial services and lender coverage in Manhattan and the general region. He was previously at SitusAMC, where he was a Senior Director responsible for major institutional client management.

Kelly has more than two decades of experience structuring debt and equity transactions for office, multihousing, adaptive re-use and ground-up development. He was previously with CBRE, where he founded the firm’s Debt and Structured Finance’s Southeast Institutional Group.

Andrea Grigg Joins CBRE to Lead Global Hotel Asset Management

CBRE announced Andrea Grigg has joined CBRE as a Senior Managing Director and Global Head of Hotels Asset Management.

She will focus on cross-border hospitality solutions and ownership representation for global hotel investors. She will oversee operator and brand selection and management contract services.

Grigg was previously with JLL, where she spent 16 years as a leader in the hotel asset management practice.

Marcus & Millichap Promotes Lior Regenstreif to Executive Managing Director

Marcus & Millichap, Calabasas, Calif., announced it has named Lior Regenstreif as Executive Managing Director, the firm’s highest designation for its investment professionals.

Regenstreif is an Executive Director of Marcus & Millichap’s Net Lease Division and Director of the Retail Division.

He began his career with Marcus & Millichap in 2007.
