Nov. 16: mPower presents Power and Influence in a Hybrid Workplace

As the trend of returning to the office grows, organizations are tasked with establishing equitable guidelines for a hybrid workplace. It is important that during this transition we don’t lose sight of how the new office culture is being formed. Findings from Deloitte’s Women@Work 2022 study reveal that while 97% of C Suite believe women benefit from working from home, 70% say those who work flexible and/or remote schedules may be passed over for advancement, leading us to question the price to be paid for the benefit of working flexibly.

During this webinar, we will discuss the challenges and dynamics of the evolving workplace and examine the roles each of us, from C- Suite to emerging leader, has in influencing the post-pandemic culture.
