JLL Valuation Advisory Hires Tom Kim to Lead Chicago Operations
JLL Valuation Advisory hired Managing Director Tom Kim to lead its Chicago operations and expand the office’s footprint in the Midwest as part of the group’s national growth strategy.

Kim joined JLL from another leading commercial real estate services firm, where he served as the industrial and self-storage practice leader for its Chicago office. Since 2006, he has honed his expertise in valuation for a wide range of asset classes with a focus in the Midwest.
Kim’s focus will include driving growth within the market through expertise and efficiencies, mentoring and recruiting team members who will provide best-in-class service and fostering an inclusive culture that encourages collaboration within the valuation advisory group and JLL’s other service lines.
Managing Director Joe Miller, who formerly ran the office, is now focusing solely on leading the retail sector nationally for JLL’s Valuation Advisory group.

Westcor Land Title Insurance Co., Maitland, Fla., expanded its National Commercial Division by hiring Allison L. Luskoff.
Luskoff joined Westcor as Senior Divisional Commercial Underwriting Counsel. She has more than 27 years of experience in the commercial real estate and title industries.
