Four Letters That Set You Apart: Seven Mortgage Servicers Earn CCMS Designation

LOS ANGELES–Seven mortgage servicers earned their Certified Commercial Mortgage Servicer designations here at the Mortgage Bankers Association’s Commercial/Multifamily Finance Servicing and Technology Conference.

“We congratulate the newest CCMS designees who were awarded the designation while celebrating the tenth anniversary of the designation during the MBA Commercial/Multifamily Finance Servicing and Technology Conference,” said Gail Griffith, Director of Commercial and Multifamily Education Content with the Mortgage Bankers Association. “Known as the four letters that set you apart, the CCMS designation is highly respected across the commercial/multifamily servicing industry.”

Griffith noted the CCMS designees exemplify the depth and breadth of knowledge, experience and industry participation related to servicing commercial and multifamily loans across all servicing platforms. “Earning the designation was no easy feat–the designees needed to qualify for acceptance into the program, complete a six-hour written exam and an industry issue-related oral exam, all during the pandemic,” she said.

The designees included:
