Transwestern Promotes Kristine Maggio to Regional Operating Officer
Transwestern Real Estate Services promoted Kristine Maggio to Regional Operating Officer for the Southeast region.
In this role, Maggio partners with East Region President Bruce Ford on service line strategy and regional business planning, execution of new business pursuits and leading team culture and support. She also steers marketing, research and administrative teams to drive performance through strategic initiatives that enhance and amplify the Transwestern brand and oversees regional philanthropic efforts and internal and external collaborations.
Maggio joined Transwestern in 2014 as Director of Marketing before rising to Executive Vice President of Administration and Marketing.
As a member of Transwestern’s National DEI steering committee, Maggio was instrumental in shaping the company’s overall DEI framework and overarching goals. In addition, she works with stakeholders across the country to foster a collaborative, supportive workplace.
GPARENCY Hires Bank Credit Analyst Michael Stellrecht
GPARENCY, Howell, N.J., hired Michael Stellrecht as a Senior Analyst.
Stellrecht most recently served as an Assistant Vice President and Credit Analyst for M&T Bank, where he was responsible for underwriting complex commercial real estate credit facilities for multifamily, office, industrial, flex, mixed-use, retail, hospitality and single-family properties. He also served as a Portfolio Manager at Arbor Realty Trust, where he managed and serviced $400 million in commercial real estate loans in nine states.
Marcus & Millichap Promotes Ryan Nee to Senior Vice President, Southeast Division Manager
Marcus & Millichap, Calabasas, Calif., promoted Ryan Nee to Senior Vice President and Division Manager of the Southeast.
Nee has been with the company for more than 15 years. He most recently served as First Vice President and District Manager.
Nee began his career as an associate in Marcus & Millichap’s Fort Lauderdale office in 2007. He joined the management team in 2011 and served as sales manager in the Fort Lauderdale and Manhattan offices before being promoted to regional manager in New Jersey in 2013. In 2014, Nee was named regional manager in Fort Lauderdale and was instrumental in doubling the office’s sales production. He was promoted to first vice president and district manager of Marcus & Millichap’s Florida offices in 2019.
