Daniel Digerness Joins JLL’s Phoenix Capital Markets Team

JLL Capital Markets said Daniel Digerness joined the firm as a Director in its Phoenix office. He will focus on debt and equity advisory across all product types in Phoenix and the southwestern U.S.

With more than 20 years of industry experience, Digerness has advised on more than $3 billion of debt and equity transactions over his career. He comes to JLL after 12 years with another commercial real estate services firm, most recently serving as a vice president.

CBRE Bolsters Small Balance Lending Team

CBRE, Dallas, expanded its small balance lending presence in southern California with Sam Ha and Lars Leweck joining as Vice Presidents and Cameron Heath joining as a Senior Analyst.

The team has significant experience in small balance lending, having worked together on more than 150 small multifamily and commercial real estate loan transactions totaling over $300 million. At CBRE they will be part of a nationwide platform that has closed more than $7.5 billion in Freddie Mac Small Balance Loans and has been the top lender in the program since 2017.

The team re-joined CBRE after spending 14 months with Berkadia’s small loan practice. Ha and Heath are based in Los Angeles; Leweck is based in San Diego.
