Keller Augusta Adds Matt Galligan as Senior Advisor

Keller Augusta announced Matt Galligan will serve as a Senior Advisor to the firm. Galligan was most recently Vice Chairman of CIT’s Real Estate Finance Department and is currently Chairman of the Mortgage Bankers Association’s Commercial Real Estate/Multifamily Finance Board of Governors.

Galligan will help expand Keller Augusta’s debt placements, executive- and board-level search capabilities and advisory services. He strengthens Keller Augusta’s growth trajectory and robust network by tapping into his team development and culture transformation abilities. Well versed in analyzing current market conditions, Galligan will create CEO Roundtables and support Keller Augusta’s team on the formation of company succession plans for clients. He will also act as a peer-to peer guide, mentoring clients on high-level leadership development.

Institutional Property Advisors Adds Multifamily Researcher Greg Willett

Greg Willett joined Institutional Property Advisors as First Vice President, responsible for spearheading the company’s multifamily research. Willett is a multifamily research expert with more than 25 years of experience and is one of the industry’s most quoted experts on economic and housing trends.

Prior to joining IPA, Willett spent 22 years at RealPage Inc., where he served as Chief Economist responsible for the company’s real estate industry research and analysis team.

Alliant Credit Union Appoints Robert Perrelli to Lead Fintech Partnership Development

Alliant Credit Union, Chicago, appointed Robert Perrelli Vice President of Partnership Development.

In this role, Perrelli will source, develop and incubate fintech partnerships across loan categories. He will report to Charles Krawitz, Senior Vice President, Chief Capital Markets Officer & Head of Commercial Lending.

Perrelli has more than 15 years of experience building and managing products and partnerships. Most recently, he was Senior Vice President and Group Director of Huntington National Bank’s vehicle finance division. Prior to Huntington, he was Senior Vice President at TCF Financial Corp., where he spent over a decade on the Commercial Inventory Finance and Consumer Lending divisions.
