Cushman & Wakefield Names Andrea Lewis Senior Vice President, Global Head of Communications & Brand Strategy Cushman & Wakefield, Chicago, named Andrea Lewis Senior Vice President, Global Head of Communications & Brand Strategy.
In this role, Lewis will oversee global brand strategy, all corporate internal and external communications across the enterprise, and regional and service line communications.
Lewis joined the firm from the University of Chicago, where she established and led the college’s first communications operation as Associate Dean of the College and Senior Director of College Communications. Previously, she held communications leadership roles in the corporate and nonprofit sectors, overseeing North America external relations for LaSalle Bank Corp. and parent ABN AMRO Bank N.V.
Lewis works from Cushman & Wakefield’s global headquarters in Chicago.
Walker & Dunlop Grows Capital Markets Team with Experienced New Hire
Walker & Dunlop, Bethesda, Md., expanded its Capital Markets team by adding Senior Vice President James Shiles in its New York office.
Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Shiles worked at Guggenheim Partners where he helped build and run a full-service commercial real estate lending platform. Before Guggenheim, he worked at Morgan Stanley, Bear Stearns and Ernst & Young.
Colliers Hires Bryan McCann and Willis Croker in Pittsburgh
Colliers announced today the addition of industry veterans Bryan McCann and Willis Croker based in the Pittsburgh office. The team will lead the firm’s capital markets services and platform in Pittsburgh focusing on multifamily assets.
Prior to joining Colliers, McCann worked for the FBI for 11 years and was responsible for running high-profile investigations and advisory to executives. He returned to Pittsburgh in 2017 to begin his career in commercial real estate and since then has led Capital Market teams and concentrated his practice on multifamily transactions. He joins Colliers Pittsburgh as Senior Vice President of Capital Markets, Multifamily.
Croker started his commercial real estate career in 2019. Since then, he and McCann have advised private capital and institutional clients on all matters related to capital markets transactions. He joins Colliers as Vice President of Capital Markets, Multifamily.
