M&T Realty Capital Corp. Hires Donna Falzarano as a Managing Director in its Florham Park, N.J. office.

M&T Realty Capital Corp., Baltimore, appointed Donna Falzarano as a Managing Director in its Florham Park, N.J. office.

Falzarano joined MTRCC’s Life Company and Agency platform and will originate commercial and multifamily loans across the United States with a variety of capital sources. Supplementing MTRCC’s Fannie Mae DUS, Freddie Mac Optigo and FHA/HUD direct lending platforms, additional targeted capital includes life companies/balance sheet lenders, CMBS, debt funds and pension funds.

Falzarano has experience in long-term permanent financing, agency and structured financing for value-add and opportunistic scenarios. She joined M&T Realty Capital Corporation from CBRE, where she was a First Vice President, employed for the past 28 years.

Bellwether Enterprise Hires Seniors Housing Veteran Kim Huffstutler

Bellwether Enterprise Real Estate Capital LLC, Cleveland, hired Kim Huffstutler as Senior Vice President of Seniors Housing and Care.

Huffstutler will execute debt and equity placements for the National Seniors Housing Group, including bank and debt fund executions, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Life Insurance and HUD loans. She will be based in the firm’s Mobile, Ala. office.

Huffstutler has 12 years of commercial mortgage banking experience. Before joining Bellwether Enterprise, she was a vice president with Grandbridge Real Estate Capital, where she was responsible for structuring, underwriting and closing over $1.75 billion of seniors and housing loans. Having worked with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and HUD throughout her time Grandbridge, Huffstutler brings a strong reputation in the senior housing industry to her new role at Bellwether Enterprise.
