AMAC Appoints Peter Miklius Vice President of Acquisitions
Arbor Management Acquisition Co., New York, appointed Peter Miklius Vice President of Acquisitions.
Based in AMAC’s recently opened Southeast regional office in Atlanta, Miklius will spearhead the company’s expansion in Georgia, north Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee. He will source multifamily acquisitions and development opportunities.
Prior to joining AMAC, Miklius served as Acquisitions Manager at Fogelman Properties and as Investment Manager at Cortland Partners, where he oversaw the acquisition efforts of more than 2,600 units and $450 million across the Atlanta metro market.
Alison Coen Joins Greystone CMBS Lending Group
Alison Coen joined Greystone as a Senior Managing Director in the firm’s commercial mortgage-backed securities lending group, based in New York. She will focus on CMBS loan production.
Coen joins Greystone with 25 years of CRE industry experience from Barclays, where she was a Managing Director. At Barclays, she closed and securitized more than $2.6 billion of conduit loans. Prior to Barclays, Coen was a Director at Natixis Real Estate Finance and she spent nearly six years at Citigroup, where she worked with the large loan securitization group and as a loan originator.
