STR Hires Collazo From InterContinental Hotels Group

STR, Hendersonville, Tenn., appointed Isaac Collazo Vice President of Analytics.

Collazo served as a Vice President for InterContinental Hotels Group for 18 years. His more than 30-year industry resume also includes earlier positions with Marriott International, Promus Hotel Corporation and La Quinta Inns & Suites.

Unispace Hires Hackett, Watkins

Workspace design and construction firm Unispace, New York, announced two new hires on the company’s expanding North American team.

Bob Hackett joined the firm as the North America Director of Client Partnerships and Emily Watkins joined as North America Head of Enterprise.

Hackett joined Unispace from real estate and investment management firm JLL, where he most recently served as Executive Managing Director leading its Corporate Solutions Development team. As Unispace’s Client Partnerships Director, he will oversee all sales for the Americas.

Watkins brings to Unispace more than 23 years of experience. She has a background in leading teams in commercial and retail spaces while driving change for organizations. In her new role as Head of Enterprise, she will oversee all of Unispace’s Enterprise operations for the Americas and will also be working closely with Casolo and the global Enterprise team.
