Freddie Mac Appoints New Officer Dedicated to Equitable Housing Solutions
Freddie Mac, McLean, Va., created a new senior leadership role in its Multifamily business line dedicated to addressing equity in housing. Amanda Nunnink will serve as Vice President, Equity in Multifamily Housing.
Nunnink will lead efforts to create sustainable improvements for renters and the rental housing industry and work across multifamily to elevate Diversity, Equity and Inclusion principles throughout the division. Nunnink, who brings nearly a decade of experience working with Freddie Mac’s Optigo network, will leverage her deep relationships with investors, lenders and borrowers to drive industry-wide outcomes.
Nunnink joined Freddie Mac in 2012 in production and sales where she led the development of several of Freddie Mac Multifamily’s more innovative offerings. Prior, Nunnink held various production roles for banks and investment groups. Nunnink will also continue most of her duties as Vice President, Multifamily Investor Relations until she fully transitions to her new role.
SLK Global Solutions Hires Jones as Vice President for Tax Outsourcing Operations
SLK Global Solutions, Dallas named Shane Jones, to is leadership team as Vice President for Tax Outsourcing Operations. He will be primarily responsible for three areas: 1. Executing RETS integrations with leading mortgage servicing systems, 2. RETS’ expansion into newer business areas and 3. Overseeing client engagements.
Jones comes to SLK Global Solutions after working at several firms, including Mr. Cooper and CoreLogic. Most recently, he served as Assistance Vice President of Escrow-Tax with Mr. Cooper.
Winter Joins CBRE as Global Leader for Integrated Lab Solutions
CBRE, Dallas, announced Katie Winter joined the company as global Sales & Client Solutions leader for Integrated Lab Solutions (iLS), part of CBRE’s Global Workplace Solutions business segment, which provides integrated facilities solutions for corporations and other large occupiers.
Winter will work with CBRE’s leadership to set a long-term vision for its iLS business, while continuing to build global solutions and expand awareness of CBRE’s expertise and unique capabilities in the lab asset management space. She joined CBRE from Agilent Technologies, where she served for nearly seven years in the Lab Enterprise division. After serving as Product Specialist for several years, she was promoted to Enterprise Service Sales Manager for North America where she developed lab asset management solutions for global clients.
