Brett Gaffan Joins CMBS Lending Group at Greystone

Greystone, New York, announced Brett Gaffan joined the firm as Senior Managing Director in its commercial mortgage-backed securities lending group, based in New York.

In this role, Gaffan will focus on CMBS loan production and report to Rob Russell.

Gaffan joined Greystone with more than 20 years of CMBS sector experience. In his prior role he served as a Director responsible for CMBS, mezzanine and floating-rate balance sheet CRE loans at Societe Generale. Prior to that, he held various CMBS loan origination roles at Barclays, CIBC and Morgan Stanley.

The Mogharebi Group Hires Robert Parmar, Ryan Kidwell for New Seattle Office
The Mogharebi Group, Costa Mesa, Calif., opened its first office in Seattle under brokers Robert Parmar and Ryan Kidwell, who joined the firm to lead its expansion into the Pacific Northwest.  

Parmar joined The Mogharebi Group from Summerfield Cos., which he founded more than 20 years ago.

Kidwell brings more than 15 years of commercial real estate investment experience to The Mogharebi Group, most recently as Managing Broker at Summerfield Cos. alongside Parmar, where he managed the sales team as they brokered the purchase and sale of large multifamily investments.
