Bellwether Enterprise Appoints Kamara Green National Director of Affordable Analytics and Sales
Bellwether Enterprise Real Estate Capital LLC, Cleveland, hired Kamara Green as National Director of Affordable Analytics and Sales.
Green will join the company’s National Agency Team, based in Los Angeles. She will manage the Affordable Analytics team, overseeing Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and private placement deals. She will also support the production effort and join the senior leadership team to advise on strategy development and implementation.
Green has more than 18 years of multifamily experience, with a focus on affordable housing debt and equity products. Prior to joining Bellwether Enterprise, she spent five years as a Targeted Affordable Housing production manager at Freddie Mac. During that time, she managed mortgage banking relationships and partnered with underwriting, legal and pricing to execute over $1 billion in new originations. She also previously served as Senior Tax Credit Originator, Senior Vice President and an equity underwriter at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in Los Angeles.
Walker & Dunlop Expands Agency Financing Team with New Hire in Dallas
Walker & Dunlop, Bethesda, Md., hired Suzanne Jones as a Senior Director in its Agency financing group, which focuses on the nationwide origination of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac multifamily loans. Based in the company’s Dallas office, Jones brings over 25 years of commercial real estate finance experience to the company.
Prior to Walker & Dunlop, Jones served as Senior Vice President with NorthMarq’s Debt and Equity Financing group. She specializes in the origination of debt, joint venture and structured financing for multifamily properties throughout the country.
Jones received NorthMarq’s Associate Producer of the Year in 2014 and was named Real Estate Forum’s Women of Influence in 2015. During her career, she has underwritten over $6 billion of commercial real estate transactions and has been engaged on large portfolios and transactions both abroad and nationwide. She is a founding member of Real Estate Network Empowering Women (RENEW), a commercial real estate finance organization targeting women in commercial real estate finance and continues to serve on its board. She is also a member of GoBundance Women, a high-level mastermind and accountability group committed to help plan, execute and achieve professional and lifestyle goals.
