Walker & Dunlop Expands Property Sales Platform in South Florida
Walker & Dunlop, Bethesda, Md., expanded its multifamily investment sales platform in South Florida by adding Managing Director Still Hunter III and Director Kaya Suarez.
Hunter and Suarez will be responsible for the origination and execution of multifamily property sales in South Florida.
Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Hunter and Suarez were part of CBRE’s Capital Markets group, where they were responsible for multifamily property marketing and sales throughout Southern Florida. Hunter co-led CBRE’s South Florida Multi Housing Investment Sales team and brings over 20 years of experience to the platform, having closed transactions of more than 85,000 units and nearly $10 billion throughout his career.

Newmark Group added eleven industrial real estate professionals to its offices across North America. These advisors specialize in supply chain and logistics real estate and advisory, including Fortune 500 corporations and global leaders in third-party logistics.
As e-commerce, supply chain and logistics trends continue to shape and change the global landscape, Newmark Group added these professionals in its Rutherford, N.J., Irvine, Calif., Dallas, Miami and Toronto offices: Al Petrillo (N.J.), Adam Petrillo (N.J.), Craig Engelhardt (N.J.), Tom Carragher (N.J.), Jeff Cannon (Calif.), Andrew Morrow (Calif.), Blake Anderson (Texas) and Steve Levine (Florida) join the company as Executive Managing Directors; Brian Prevoe (Toronto) as Senior Managing Director; and Chris Koeck (N.J.) and Steve Korfiatis (N.J.) as Managing Directors. Each of them joined Newmark from Savills.
