Holderman Joins CBRE’s Healthcare and Life Science Capital Markets team

CBRE announced Zack Holderman joined its Healthcare and Life Science Capital Markets team as a Senior Vice President.

Based at the firm’s San Diego office, Holderman will focus on the placement of debt and equity for healthcare and life sciences clients nationwide.

With more than 17 years of experience, Holderman has a background in structuring financing strategies and negotiating with lenders and equity providers to achieve capital solutions for institutional investors and developer clients across all healthcare and life science asset types.

Holderman spent the last 14 years at HFF, which was acquired by JLL last year, most recently as a senior director for the firm’s Healthcare Capital Markets division. Over the course of his career, he has been involved in more than $6.4 billion of debt, equity placement and investment advisory transactions.

Alliant Credit Union Appoints Dennis Devine as Chief Executive Officer

Alliant Credit Union appointed Dennis Devine as the company’s President and Chief Executive Officer.

Devine succeeded David Mooney, who retired after 17 years.

Devine joins Alliant after serving as President of Consumer Banking at KeyBank. Prior to KeyBank, he served as Group Executive Vice President at Citizens Financial Group. Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership roles at PNC Bank and McKinsey & Co.
