Grandbridge Real Estate Capital LLC Hires New Boca Raton Team
Grandbridge Real Estate Capital LLC hired David Gahagan as Senior Vice President to manage its new Boca Raton, Fla. office.
With more than 30 years of experience, Gahagan has originated debt with Fannie/Freddie/HUD, life insurance companies and bank capital sources, assisting clients with construction, permanent, bridge and structured finance needs. His experience includes assisting institutional and middle market clients providing them with customized financing solutions to achieve the clients’ investment goals whether it is short- to medium-term opportunities, portfolio financing or long-term core family holdings.
Returning to Grandbridge after a nine-year stint with Walker & Dunlop, where he held a production and management role, Gahagan has held previous production roles with Legg Mason Real Estate Services (10 years) and Grandbridge (9 years).
Other new hires for the firm’s Boca Raton office include Vice Presidents Marty McGrogan, Niki Perez, Christopher Hammel and Ariel Zucker.
Kevin Davis Named JLL Americas CEO, Hotels & Hospitality
JLL named Kevin Davis Americas CEO of its Hotels & Hospitality division.
Davis, who leads JLL’s Hotel Investment Banking group, brings more than 20 years of hospitality and capital markets experience to the role. Since joining JLL in 2013, he has been involved in more than $20 billion of hotel debt and equity financings.
Before joining JLL, Davis spent 13 years at Merrill Lynch and UBS and co-founded a debt fund business following the 2008 financial crisis. In these prior roles, he executed more than $10 billion of transactions in hospitality, multifamily housing, retail, office and industrial assets. Previously, he worked as an attorney on Capitol Hill, where he served as a policy advisor to members of the House and Senate Banking Committees.
In addition, to support the group’s national growth strategy, JLL Senior Managing Director Jeffrey Davis will oversee new business development for Hotels & Hospitality in the U.S. with a particular focus on deepening engagement and connectivity with our largest institutional clients. in addition to his current role as Co-Head of U.S. Investment Sales Advisory.
