JLL Capital Markets Nashville Expands Debt, Equity Practice

JLL Capital Markets announced Anthony Magnano joined the firm as a Director in its Nashville office.

Magnano will source debt and equity placement opportunities in the Nashville area and greater Southeast market. He has more than 10 years of experience in the commercial real estate financing sector and has been involved in underwriting and structuring deals across all asset classes, including healthcare, hospitality, multifamily, office, retail and industrial. He joined JLL from a multinational corporate and investment banking firm, where he was most recently a vice president in the Global Healthcare Banking group responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of middle-market public and private healthcare companies.

Magnano began his career as a hotel/senior housing acquisitions analyst and also spent time as an associate focused on CMBS underwriting and distressed debt restructuring.

Capital One Promotes Byford

Capital One promoted Kate Byford to lead its Agency Finance business.

Byford joined Capital One as Head of Capital Markets Agency Finance in 2017 and served as Senior Vice President – Multifamily Operating Officer prior to this promotion. She joined the firm from Freddie Mac, McLean, Va., where she served as Senior Director, Head of Multifamily Capital Markets Pricing.
