Arbor Appoints Arthanais Williams Managing Director of Affordable Housing

Arbor Realty Trust, Uniondale, N.Y., appointed Arthanais Williams Managing Director of Affordable Housing.

Williams will be responsible for establishing, developing and managing Arbor’s multifamily affordable financing platform across the agency and structured product lines, including Tax-Exempt Bond Financing, Low-Income Housing Tax Credits, Section 8 Housing and Opportunity Zones.

Prior to his current position at Arbor, Williams served as Relationship Manager, Targeted Affordable Housing at Freddie Mac.

Walker & Dunlop Expands Multifamily Property Sales Team to Columbus

Walker & Dunlop, Bethesda, Md., hired a property sales team in Columbus, Ohio, adding a new market to its property sales platform. Managing Director Andrew (Andy) DiBlasi will focus on the origination and execution of multifamily property sales, with a focus in central Ohio and the greater Ohio area.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, DiBlasi was Vice President of Investment Sales and Marketing at DRK & Co., where he oversaw DRK’s Investment Sales Brokerage team, brokering over $100 million in transactions annually since 2010. He also oversaw the site selection and land acquisition processes for DRK as well as the sales efforts for the company’s condominium and home development affiliate.
