Institutional Property Advisors Hires Phoenix Brokerage Team

Institutional Property Advisors hired brokerage team Peter Bauman and Tivon Moffitt in Phoenix.

Formerly with JLL, Bauman and Moffitt have institutional and private client relationships built by helping investors execute acquisitions, dispositions, sale-leasebacks and recapitalization of industrial and office properties.

Bauman has 11 years of experience. Moffitt brings 17 years of experience to IPA.

Walker & Dunlop Appoints Pryor EVP, Chief HR Officer

Walker & Dunlop, Bethesda, Md., appointed Paula Pryor Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer effective May 14.

Pryor joined Walker & Dunlop in 2009. Over the past eleven years she has helped take the company public and integrated more than ten acquisitions. Pryor started her career in human resources with Katzenbach Partners, now known as the Katzenbach Center at Strategy&, part of the PWC global network. She also served as a Human Resources manager with CapitalSource Inc.
