NorthMarq Promotes Krueger to Chief Operating Officer

Travis Krueger, NorthMarq’s chief administrative officer, was promoted to chief operating officer effective May 1. He succeeds Mike Myers, who retired March 31. 

In his new role, Krueger oversees finance and accounting, information technology, human resources, capital services, marketing communications and loan servicing.

Krueger joined NorthMarq in 2012 and was promoted to CFO in 2013.  During 2019, he became responsible for oversight of information technology, loan servicing, corporate finance and accounting. As part of the executive leadership team, he has worked to grow the firm to nearly 600 employees, in nearly 40 offices, with a loan servicing portfolio exceeding $61 billion.

Before he joined NorthMarq, Krueger spent 13 years in public accounting, including 12 years with McGladrey, where he served for six years as director.

JLL Capital Markets Expands Debt and Equity Placement Team

JLL Capital Markets expanded its debt and equity placement team by adding Melissa Rose in its Miami office.

Rose joined JLL as a Managing Director focused on securing debt and joint venture equity financing across property types. Over the course of her 18-year career she has closed more than $2 billion in capital through first mortgages, mezzanine loans, bridge loans, acquisitions and preferred equity for a variety of asset types throughout the U.S. She spent the last three years as a Managing Director at Ackman-Ziff and prior also held acquisitions and in-house capital markets roles at Maxwelle Real Estate Group in Aventura, Florida and Eretz Group in New York City.
