Miller Joins Greystone in PropTech Role

Greystone announced Philip Miller‍ joined the company as a Managing Director in a newly created role focused on developing PropTech strategies across its lending platforms.

Miller will be based in New York. He brings more than 25 years of commercial real estate lending and securitization experience to Greystone, combined with significant leadership roles in quantitative software development for structured finance trading and origination.

Prior to joining Greystone, Miller served as Head of CMBS at MUFG and previously held a similar role at Macquarie. He also held senior leadership roles in CRE lending at Morgan Stanley and Merrill Lynch.       

Avison Young Adds Dory to Net Lease Services Group

Avison Young added Landan Dory to its Austin, Texas, team as Vice President of Investments, Capital Markets Net Lease Group.

Dory was previously with Marcus & Millichap in Austin, where he was the highest producer on the Austin net lease team last year, completing more than 25 net lease transactions in 14 states for more than $30 million in real estate in the previous two years alone.
