CBRE Group Promotes Dismond to Chief Diversity Officer
CBRE Group, Los Angeles, promoted Tim Dismond to the newly created role of Chief Diversity Officer. He will join CBRE’s Executive Committee, the group of 12 global executives responsible for driving the company’s business worldwide.
Dismond is currently a Division President in the company’s Global Workplace Solutions Enterprise business. In this role, he oversees more than 5,000 professionals who deliver real estate and facilities services to occupiers headquartered in nine U.S. states and Latin America and manage a global portfolio of more than 820 million square feet.
CBRE’s Diversity & Inclusion team will report to Dismond.
Dismond is a 25-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry.
Marcus & Millichap Hires Forman as Regional Manager in Las Vegas
Marcus & Millichap promoted Justin Forman to regional manager of the firm’s Las Vegas office. Previously, Forman served as sales manager of Marcus & Millichap’s Encino, Calif., office.
Forman began his career as an agent in 2014 in Marcus & Millichap’s downtown Los Angeles office, primarily focusing on multifamily investments. He closed more than $160 million in multifamily, office and retail transactions and trained and mentored new agents. He became the sales manager of the firm’s Encino office in February 2019.
