Special CREF Track at MBA Technology Solutions Conference & Expo Starts Mar. 29

The Mortgage Bankers Association is bringing commercial/multifamily business and technology solutions to you all in one place–MBA’s Technology Solutions Conference & Expo (TECH2020), taking place March 29-April 1 in Los Angeles.

Jeff Majewski, Executive Managing Director of CBRE Capital Markets’ Debt & Structured Finance group, said technology in the commercial loan origination space is advancing rapidly. “From client acquisition through funding, technology is changing the way we do business and creating competitive advantages for those who embrace it,” he said.

Majewski noted a pattern seen in recent years. “The pattern has become clear that innovation in the residential space will find its way into commercial,” he said. “Leveraging solutions and products pioneered and proven in residential lending, the Expo will spotlight developments in Artificial Intelligence, Robotic Process Automation, Data Mining and User Experience.”

Industry experts will share how these technologies are being leveraged by commercial firms to improve processes, drive new business and modernize sales and lending operations so that they are ready to compete in the coming decade, Majewski said.
