Dwight Capital Hires Ryan Miles as Chief/LEAN Healthcare Underwriter

Dwight Capital, New York, hired Ryan Miles as its Managing Director – Chief LEAN/Healthcare Underwriter.

Prior to joining Dwight Capital, Miles was a Managing Director and Chief Credit Officer for Seniors Housing and Healthcare at Lancaster Pollard, Columbus, Ohio, which is now part of the Lument lending platform.

Miles has more than a decade of experience in the commercial real estate finance industry, including credit analysis, underwriting and valuation. He worked in the underwriting department of a low-income housing tax credit equity syndicator before joining Lancaster Pollard in 2006. During his time at the firm, he gained significant expertise within a wide range of financing structures. Ryan has also worked directly with agents at Fannie Mae, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD)/Federal Housing Administration (FHA) and the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA).

Miles will provide leadership and direction to the Dwight healthcare team throughout the underwriting process. He will also manage aspects of credit approval, loan underwriting and closing for all healthcare loan products. With his significant work experience and key industry relationships, Ryan will play an integral role in growing the healthcare business and will serve as a primary liaison to HUD’s Office of Residential Care Facilities.

Altus Group Hires Jim Hannon as President of Altus Analytics

Altus Group Limited, Toronto, hired Jim Hannon as President of the Altus Analytics business segment.

Hannon will provide leadership and oversight to all functions for the business unit, including sales and marketing, client success and support, and will work closely with product development and product management. He has more than three decades of global sales and operational leadership. During his career, Hannon served as Chief Commercial Officer at Callcredit Information Group and has held a number of progressively senior leadership roles with global mandates at FICO and Avaya.
