CBRE Promotes Ladson to Head of GWS Quality, Health, Safety and Environment
CBRE promoted Aja Ladson to lead the Quality, Health, Safety and Environment function within the firm’s Global Workplace Solutions business. CBRE’s QHSE teams ensure the company meets or exceeds all applicable regulations and legal requirements in providing safe, healthy and environmentally sustainable workplaces to its stakeholders.
Ladson has held QHSE leadership positions for 15 years and has specific expertise within manufacturing, supply chain, oil and gas, utilities and construction industries. In her new role, she will liaise with CBRE’s corporate resources as well as peers in other business units to develop and implement the firm’s strategic direction for QHSE globally.
Prior to this role, Ladson was a Senior Manager within CBRE’s QHSE team and supported an oil and gas client. She is the Chairwoman of the Houston Chapter of CBRE’s African American Employee Network, a member of CBRE’s Women’s Network and a member of the American Society of Safety Professionals.
Altus Group Hires Jim Hannon as President of Altus Analytics
Altus Group Limited, Toronto, hired Jim Hannon as President of the Altus Analytics business segment.
Hannon will provide leadership and oversight to all functions for the business unit, including sales and marketing, client success and support, and will work closely with product development and product management. He has more than three decades of global sales and operational leadership.
During his career, Hannon served as Chief Commercial Officer at Callcredit Information Group and has held a number of progressively senior leadership roles with global mandates at FICO and Avaya.
William Maher to Join RCLCO Fund Advisors as Director of Strategy and Research
RCLCO Fund Advisors, Bethesda, Md. announced that William Maher joined the firm as Director of Strategy and Research.
Maher joined RFA after twenty-five years at LaSalle Investment Management as Director of Strategy and Research for the Americas, during which the firm grew from a relative US-only investor to a leading global investment management firm. For much of 2020, he worked with the Urban Land Institute, where he was the lead author of the U.S. component of ULI’s Emerging Trends in Real Estate 2021. efore joining LaSalle, he was a Partner at Ernst & Young, an EVP & CFO at Halcyon Ltd, and an economist for the U.S. Dept. of Energy.
