Walker & Dunlop Hires Urquhart-Bradley to Lead Multifamily Appraisal Business

Walker & Dunlop and GeoPhy appointed Nicole Urquhart-Bradley as Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director of their multifamily appraisal business, Apprise.

Working from the company’s headquarters in Bethesda, Md., Urquhart-Bradley brings more than 30 years of commercial appraisal experience to Apprise. She will work with Apprise’s Valuation Lead,  Meghan Czechowski, to manage all aspects of the firm’s appraisal activities.

Urquhart-Bradley previously served as Senior Vice President of Strategy at Bowery Valuation. Prior to that she was the head of Cushman & Wakefield’s Valuation & Advisory practice for the Americas where she managed a team of 600 employees across 65 offices that valued more than $1 trillion in commercial real estate assets in 2017.

Multifamily Team Led by Greg Austin Joins Marcus & Millichap in Houston

Marcus & Millichap, Calabasas, Calif., hired multifamily investment specialists Greg Austin, Travis Austin and Jackson Hart in Houston. All previously with JLL, Greg Austin joined M&M as Senior Managing Director of Investments, Travis Austin as Senior Associate and Jackson Hart as Financial Analyst.

During his 26-plus year career in commercial real estate, Greg Austin and his team have completed more than 400 multifamily transactions including more than 80 Federal Housing Administration-financed properties valued at over $11 billion.

Travis Austin has nearly a decade of real estate industry experience. He will be responsible for strategic leadership, new business development and analyst mentorship.

Hart will handle analytics, market data and submarket and property site expertise. Previously, he held similar roles in commercial real estate research, valuation and investment advisory.
