Civic Financial Services Grows Correspondent Team
Civic Financial Services, Redondo Beach, Calif., named Nancy Aplin as West Coast Regional Sales Manager and Norma Navarro as Operations Manager. 

Aplin brings to Civic over more than 20 years of experience in third-party originations, previously working at New Penn Financial and Ditech Financial where she managed relationships with mortgage brokers and bankers.

Navarro will manage correspondent operations nationwide. She worked for Bank of America prior to joining Civic

JLL Re-hires Senior Housing Specialist O’Connor
JLL announced it hired Shawn James O’Connor as an Executive Vice President in its Valuation Advisory business.

O’Connor will focus on seniors housing valuation in the Rocky Mountain region as well as general valuation services in the Denver area. He previously served in senior positions at JLL appraising complex seniors housing portfolios from 1999-2017. In addition to his valuation duties,

O’Connor will sit on JLL Valuation Advisory’s Technology Committee, where he will help drive technology and data strategies into the valuation process.
