Colliers International Appoints Janus to Lead Healthcare Services

Colliers International Group announced Shawn Janus joined the company as U.S. National Healthcare Director.

In his new role, Janus will lead Colliers U.S. Healthcare Services. He brings more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience, including more than 20 years of experience in healthcare real estate. He will work from Colliers’ downtown Chicago office.

Janus joined Colliers from Caddis Healthcare Real Estate, where he served as Managing Director and was responsible for new business development and executive leadership of healthcare real estate projects throughout the Midwestern U.S. Previously, he served in leadership positions at Pacific Medical Buildings and, before that, as Managing Director, Healthcare Solutions for JLL, where he was responsible for the strategy, business plan and organizational structure of the firm’s healthcare practice.

Dodge Data & Analytics Appoints Branch Chief Economist
Dodge Data & Analytics, New York, appointed Richard Branch Chief Economist and Kim Kennedy Director of Forecasting.

Branch succeeds Robert Murray, who retired at the end of August.

An industry veteran with over 20 years of experience as an economist, Branch has served as Senior Economist at Dodge for 10 years.

Kennedy will take on an expanded role as Director of Forecasting and will co-author the firm’s annual Outlook report and flagship quarterly Construction Market Forecasting Service publications. She has more than 30 years of professional experience in construction economics, macroeconomics, consumer and labor economics.
