Transwestern Commercial Services Hires New Mid-Atlantic Team
Transwestern Commercial Services added a Structured Finance group to its Washington, D.C., office. Heading the new group are Managing Directors Andrew Asbill and Trevor Campbell.

The team will focus on equity and debt placement throughout the Mid-Atlantic states.

Asbill has 19 years of experience in commercial real estate financial services, including financing, investment sales, leasing and asset management. He most recently served as Senior Vice President at JLL. Prior to that, he was Senior Director with Sage Capital Advisors. He has been actively involved in more than $4 billion of sales and capitalizations during the past 10 years.

Campbell has 17 years of experience in commercial real estate, most recently as a Vice President in the Capital Markets group at JLL. While there he was responsible for structuring debt and equity on behalf of owners and operators of commercial properties. He has also taken part in the financing, sale or acquisition of more than $4 billion worth of commercial real estate assets during his career.

Migrino Joins Marcus & Millichap Capital Corp. as First Vice President Capital Markets
Marcus & Millichap Capital Corp. announced Voltaire Migrino joined the firm as first vice president, capital markets.

Based in MMCC’s Phoenix office, Migrino will focus on arranging commercial real estate loan financing for investors throughout the Southwest.

Prior to joining MMCC, Migrino served as senior transaction manager with Berkadia Commercial Mortgage LLC, where he led a mortgage banking team that closed $1 to $2 billion in commercial real estate loan transactions annually.

While with Berkadia, Migrino personally originated nearly $100 million annually on behalf of clients. Prior to that, as an underwriter with GE Capital, he underwrote and assisted in closing more than $500 million in national select service hotel loans.

As an underwriter with Business Development Finance Corp., Migrino closed over 100 commercial real estate and equipment loans for a variety of businesses and industries throughout Arizona. He has also worked as a relationship manager with Keybank Real Estate Capital and as an underwriter with JPMorgan Chase.
