Bellwether Enterprise Real Estate Capital Hires Richard Lynn to Lead New Senior Housing Group
Bellwether Enterprise Real Estate Capital LLC, Cleveland, hired Richard Lynn as Senior Vice President to lead its new senior housing group in the Chicago office.
The 30-year veteran of commercial real estate finance will originate and place commercial real estate loans for senior housing properties. Lynn will work with individual, regional and institutional owners at both for-profit and non-profit entities. He will draw on Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA and exclusive life insurance company investors for capital.
Prior to joining Bellwether Enterprise, Lynn worked for six years at Marcus & Millichap in investment sales, focusing exclusively on senior housing. His mortgage banking career includes stints at Travelers Insurance, First Chicago Bank and GMAC Commercial Mortgage.
Freddie Mac Multifamily Names Four Vice Presidents
Freddie Mac, McLean, Va., named four vice presidents: Geri Borger Urgo, Michael Case, Catherine Evans and Amanda Nunnink.
Geri Borger Urgo is now Vice President of Production and Sales, overseeing the Southeast and Northeast regions. Michael Case is now Vice President of Multifamily Capital Markets, overseeing all multifamily loan pricing functions. Catherine Evans is now Vice President of Small Balance Loan Underwriting, overseeing the small balance loan underwriting team. Amanda Nunnink is now Vice President of Multifamily Investor Relations, leading the team that markets the multifamily securities platform.
Sabal Capital Partners Announces Another Wave of New Hires
Sabal Capital Partners, Irvine, Calif., announced a wave of new hires.
The first three of eight new executives have joined Sabal’s Commercial Real Estate Lending team include Patrick Nizich, Managing Director (Washington), Benjamin Kilgore, Managing Director (New York) and Alexander Paroda, Vice President (New York).
Sabal also hired five new people for its agency-focused small balance lending programs. These new hires included Juan Aragon, Sizing Manager (California), Daniel Greenberg, Production Management Advisor (Maryland), Thomas Woolsey, Trading Manager (Texas), Jack Adler, Loan Production Manager (New York) and Timothy Maloney, Underwriter (California).
