Red Mortgage Capital Hires Greene
Red Mortgage Capital, Columbus, Ohio, hired D. Edward Greene as Chief Underwriter for Affordable Housing.

Greene joined RED from Freddie Mac, where he most recently served as Senior Managing Director of Underwriting and Credit. In that role, Greene focused on Freddie Mac’s Targeted Affordable Housing and Specialty Products. He spent more than 10 years at Freddie Mac, with roles that included Underwriting and Credit, Operational Risk Management, Enterprise Risk Management and Credit Risk Management.

Greene will work from the company’s Reston, Va. office and will manage all affordable credit and loan underwriting in addition to identifying new business opportunities to further grow Red’s affordable lending activities nationwide.

Prior to joining Freddie Mac, Greene worked more than a decade in the industry at organizations including Greystone Servicing Corporation, Inc., Cushman and Wakefield and a previous role with Red Capital Group as Vice President in Multifamily and Senior Healthcare Underwriting.

3650 REIT Appoints Geary Managing Director and Head of New Dallas Office
3650 REIT, Miami, said Bobby Geary joined the firm as Managing Director and Head of the Southwest Region. In this role he will lead 3650’s new Dallas office, which will serve as the cornerstone of the firm’s operations across the Southwest.

Geary has nearly 20 years of experience and has originated more than $10 billion in loans across the United States, Europe and the Middle East. Before joining 3650, Geary served as Director at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Prior to that he held positions at Deutsche Bank and Credit Suisse.

Colliers Nashville Adds Inglis as Senior Vice President
Patrick Inglis joined Colliers International Nashville as Senior Vice President of its Office and Multifamily Capital Markets team.

Inglis has experience in multifamily, retail and development property sales, but has focused on office sales for most of his time in commercial real estate, with more than $3.8 billion in closed transactions since 2007. He spent 12 years at JLL in Los Angeles before relocating to Nashville with his family in the summer of 2018.
